Its gentle formula consists of macadamia oil, beeswax, and lanolin. Each component brings its own benefit: macadamia oil and lanolin nourish the leather, making it supple and soft. Beeswax also nourishes, protects, and gives it a subtle shine. Macadamia oil is 100% plant-based. Its original fruit, macadamia nuts, comes from Australia. It nourishes, waterproofs, and softens the leather. Lanolin, also called wool fat, is secreted in the sheep's wool to protect its skin. This oil regenerates the most delicate leathers. Beeswax plays a central role in the composition of the Renovating Care by providing all the benefits of leather care. When the time is right, beekeepers open the hives to collect the worker bees’ honeycombs. The honey is extracted from the cells, leaving only the natural yellow wax.

La Lanoline, aussi appelée graisse de laine, est sécrétée dans la laine du mouton afin de protéger sa peau. Cette huile régénère les cuirs les plus délicats. La cire d’abeille joue un rôle central dans la composition du Soin Rénovateur en apportant tous les bienfaits du soin du cuir. Lorsque le moment est opportun, les apiculteurs ouvrent les ruches pour collecter les alvéoles des abeilles ouvrières. Le miel est extrait des alvéoles ne laissant alors que la cire naturelle jaune.

Le Tanneur uses recycled materials with full-grain leather for durable pieces. Leather scraps are repurposed for watch and jewelry boxes, mostly made from recycled leather. All packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials, using FSC and PEFC certified paper and solvent-free vegetable-based inks, ensuring sustainability.
