Free shipping and returns on all US orders. Delivery is guaranteed before Christmas for all orders placed until December 18, 12AM PST.

• What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you have still not received your parcel after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your parcel by following the link you received by email. • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?

SECTION 2 • RETURN AND REFUND

• I wish to return my order

Enjoy free returns for all orders in the US. Please use the Prepaid Return Label included with your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with their LE TANNEUR label intact. We remind you that no return can be accepted without the delivery note in the parcel. Put the delivery note you received with your order inside your package. 

• Extended return period - Christmas Season

For any order placed on the website letanneur.us between October 29, 2025 and December 24, 2025, you will benefit from an exceptional return period until January 20, 2026. After this date, the usual 30-day return period will apply. Return shipping is free for US orders.

• How much does it cost me to return a product?

We offer free returns for all orders in the US.

• How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

Your reimbursement will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package by our system, directly via the payment method used when the order was placed.
