SECTION 1 • DELIVERY

  • Which countries are eligible for delivery?  

    • All merchandise ordered on letanneur.us can be shipped to the United States. For orders to other countries, please visit www.letanneur.com

  • How much are the shipping costs? 

    • Enjoy free shipping on all orders to the US.

    We offer the following shipping method:

      • FedEx Express Delivery (2-3 days) - All duties & taxes included

    All orders made on the website between Monday and Friday before 2 pm CET will be processed on the same day; Monday to Thursday after 2 pm CET , it will be processed the following day. Any order made on Friday after 2 pm CET will be processed the following Monday; orders made during a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

    The products will be delivered within 20 days from when we confirm your order.

    We will send you an email with information and a link to the carrier tracking link as soon as your package is delivered to logistics. You will be able to follow the progress of your order via the link sent in the order confirmation email.

  • What are the delivery cost? 

    • We offer free shipping on all orders to the US.

  • What should I do if I don't receive my order?

    • If you have still not received your parcel after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your parcel by following the link you received by email.   • What should I do if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product I ordered?

    SECTION 2 • RETURN AND REFUND

  • I wish to return my order

    • Enjoy free returns for all orders in the US within 30 days of reception. Please use the Prepaid Return Label included with your order. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with their LE TANNEUR label intact. We remind you that no return can be accepted without the delivery note in the parcel. Put the delivery note you received with your order inside your package.

  • How much does it cost me to return a product?

    • We offer free returns for all orders in the US.

  • How long will it take to be reimbursed ?

    • Your reimbursement will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package by our system, directly via the payment method used when the order was placed.
