Le petit marcel
The Petit Marcel's menu offers a wide choice of traditional French dishes, reinterpreted with a modern twist by chef Frédéric Pouillon. There are classics like duck confit with Sarlat potatoes and tarte tatin, as well as more unusual creations like the Petit Marcel burger. We particularly recommend their garlic and parsley razor clams.

The Bouillon Julien is a veritable monument to Parisian gastronomy, and has retained all of its old-world charm. The restaurant serves traditional French cuisine at affordable prices. An institution in the Halles district since 1890, this Lyonnais "bouchon" (traditional restaurant from the Lyons region) is the perfect place to discover traditional Lyonnais cuisine in a welcoming and informal setting. We were particularly keen to include this veritable
institution in our City Guide because this place is an ode to the Rhône-Alpes region, with whom we share a love of the local produce and traditions.

Built by Ange Jacques Gabriel, the King's first architect, to accommodate the Crown's furniture repository, it is a remarkable example of French classical architecture.
